(1) A fund management committee consisting of the following members will be formed to manage, operate and supervise the fund:-
(a) Secretary, Ministry of Population and Environment Chairman
(b) Joint Secretary, Secretariat Member of the National Planning Commission
(c) Joint Secretary, Ministry of Finance Member
(d) Deputy Governor, Member of Nepal Rastra Bank (e) Chairman, Member of Federation of Nepal Chamber of Commerce and Industry
(f) One member from among environmentalists or heads of environmental NGOs (g) Joint Secretary (Environment Division), Ministry of Population and Environment Member-Secretary
(2) The Ministry will nominate the member as per clause (f) of sub-rule (1) and his term of office will be two years.
(3) The procedure for the meeting of the Board of Directors shall be as determined by the Board of Directors itself.
